I really love to be a staff member because I really like to help people with there problems. I have been a moderator for the last 6 months on 2 different servers. I have been looked up to because I was usually one of the nicer people but if there is a problem I would handle it in a correct manner and hold my professionalism. I always follow by all the rules and I would always follow by my higher ups. I hopefully would help resolves many problems that may come. As a staff member I will do whatever I have to do to keep the server steady. I also have interest in helping develop but I really would like to become a staff member because I like helping people out with problems in game and in discord. I also will enforce the rules by being a little more stricter. I think I should be chosen over certain applicants because I know the difference between breaking rules or if it is good roleplay. I know that may sound like i am being selfish or cocky but i would not break server rules or become power hungry.  [b][b]How Long Have you Been Playing FiveM[/b]?:ive been playing fivem for over 1 year and a half. Ive been on many servers as a moderator. I was mod on OSRP and C4G What would you do if there was a modder on the server and you are the only staff online: I would notify all higher ups and i would try to figure out the person who is doing it. I will decide punishment after i found out who it is. I would also tell lord swap to restart server if needed. Iwould also try to dv all things they were spawning.[/b] [b]What kind of experience do you have?:I have been moderator on 2 different servers for the last 6 months or so. I was mod on Ohio State Roleplay and Code 4 gaming Time zone:Eastern Standard Time  [b]Have you ever been banned on the server?(If you have been banned, why?):Yes i was Banned by jacob for staff disrespect. I was Banned for no reason [/b][/b] [b]What times do you expect yourself to be on the server?:I think i can get 8 hours each day because of the covid-19. I will put in a lot of time because this server will be amazing if it was more controlled What is L2ARP: Leaving 2 avoid  roleplay. This is when the person leaves to not finish the roleplay. If this ever happens it would usually be a ban but i would notify a higher up and get another opinion on situation. An example of this is if a guy gets arrested and doesnt want to go to jail so he leaves the game to avoid it [/b] [b]What is FailRP: Fail roleplay is when someone does something that would not be realistic. For example there is a person who was running from the cops and gets put in custody. As soon as they undrag the suspect, he uncuffs himeself and runs away.[/b] [b]What is RDM:Random deathmatch is when someone shoots somebody with no malice or reason. An example of this is if a guy takes ak from his trunk and shoots everyone at police station. He kills them all. This would be rdm [/b] [b]What is VDM: Vehicle deathmatch is when a person kills somebody with any type of vehicle with no malice[/b] [b]What is L2AP: Leaving 2 avoid punishment usually involves people in a staff situation. It really means that somebody left the game to avoid a staff sit or punishment.For example is if we put somebody in a private setting and tell them what they did wrong but then they leave. At that point there would be a ban put on them. If person changes name the higher ups will be informed about it. [b]What is NLR: New life Rule is a rule that makes u change your rp idea and makes u change your vehicle and ped. I feel this is very important because it changes the rps for all cops as well because they dont want to keep doing 10-80s and robberies all the time.[/b] What is FearRP:Fear roleplay is when a gamer thinks he only has 1 life and acts like he has to always protect himself. For example when a tries to kidnap somebody but the person tries that is getting kidnapped pulls a gun instead of putting his hands up. What is Metagaming:Metagaming is a way to observe a player and cheat during rps . Many people do this by sretting way points or spectating them. An example of this is when a cop is in chase and could not find the suspect and he tries to cheat it by spectating him thru vmenu  What is Powergaming: power gaming is very simalur to metagaming but they put all power and force the person to do that rp [/b] [b]Do you understand we can demote you at any time(yes/no): Yes i understand i can be demoted at anytime.
