Lately, though I've seen a lot of modders, VDMers, RDMers, and rule-breakers in general. I want to stop this, and I don't want to see anyone have a bad time on the server, so I'm applying for staff. Usually when this stuff happens most of the current Mods & Admins are asleep, but I'm on, so that's why I want to be staff. Recently I became a donator, because I really enjoy playing on the server and I want to help it stay up. Also, I'm friends with a lot of the staff members and many other people playing on the server, and when I ask them if they think I would be a good staff, pretty much all said yes! I'm also really good at getting people's attention and raising my voice when needed, and I feel like that is a very important factor in being staff on a FiveM server. I see my self as a fair, relaxed, funny, and serious person. I know the rules aka, I know what to do and what not to do. [b][b]How Long Have you Been Playing FiveM[/b]?: [/b]559 hours and 90% of it is prob on Valiant. But I'm pretty sure I first downloaded it 5-6 months ago. [b]What would you do if there was a modder on the server and you are the only staff online: [/b]If I was able to ban I would ban the modder. Tho if I was not able to ban, I would kick the person and I would get a higher-up that could ban on the server if the modder came back on. If I didn't know who the modder was I would spectate people and kick people who were AFK or not moving in general, for "Suspected modder". [b]What kind of experience do you have?: I have none.[/b] But I've seen a lot of admin videos, been in a lot of staff situations. So I know how to perform, I can also ask for advice from other staff members of Valiant if i dont know what to do in a specific situation. And that would be after 1:45 pm. I only play FiveM and I only play on this server. And I usually play till 8 pm if it's not a weekend. An example is when you crash into another player's vehicle and you leave the server/area because you don't want to interact with the player you crashed into. [b]What is RDM: [/b]Random deathmatch. An example is: When you shoot a player without saying any context, or the least of communication. [b]What is VDM:[/b] Vehicle deathmatch. You can't remember anything from before you died, and you don't come back to the same scene within 15 minutes. You also have to switch your character and your vehicle. You do [b][u]NOT[/u][/b] try to be a hero and pull out a gun, turn around and try to shoot them. [b]What is Metagaming: [/b]Example: Looking at people's name tags and seeing where/how many they are. Or if you're stream sniping a player. [b]What is Powergaming: [/b]Example: If you were to kidnap someone and the player being kidnapped is not up for it. And then you do it anyway.
