I also would love the opprutunity to enforce the rules of a lovely server so it can be 10x better than it is now. I also have realized that most if not all staff members live on the other side of the world sleeping and there are no staff members on around 3PM Central Standard Time so I can make sure that there is a moderater in-game at all times(Swqpping knows what happens when I DM him lol). I also want to make sure that everyone in the Valient Community has a good expierience and also know that they are playing in a safe/ fun environment for them. What would you do if there was a modder on the server and you are the only staff online: I would at first look into it and investigate because I wouldent want to ban the wrong person and when I get ahold of that modder I will get them off my streets forever.[/b] [b]What kind of experience do you have?: I have past expierience as Staff so I wont let anything effect the Valient Community! What is L2ARP: L2ARP stands for Leaving To Avoid Roleplay.[/b] [b]What is FailRP: FailRP is when you Fail RolePlay for example: You are in  a police pursuit and the suspect or officer/s respawn their car in the pursuit or another example is you cuff somebody to an object and they walk off those would be examples of FailRP.[/b] [b]What is RDM: RDM stands for Random DeathMatch which means if you get killed by a player with no reason behind it.[/b] [b]What is VDM: VDM stands for Vehicle DeathMatch for example: a car plows into you and your group of friends.[/b] [b]What is L2AP: L2AP stands for Leaving To Avoid Punishment an example would be: you are being confronted by a staff member or player for doing something wrong and you leave the game so you dont get any punishment. [b]What is NLR: NLR stands for New Life Rule so you cant roleplay in a scene you were apart of after RP death.[/b] What is FearRP: FearRP is when you fear for your life for example: you are at gunpoint by a gunman you must comply with him/her so you dont get exacuted by them. What is Metagaming: MetaGaming is when you look on the map or no-clip around the map to look for someone you are searching for or another definition would be putting your IRL skills into the game.
